What’s so important about Sunday School?
Every Sunday morning people meet in small groups to discover the truth of the Bible and how it applies to every day life.
The purpose of our Sunday School is to provide a place to invite people to come to church in order to discover the truths of God’s word and to help people connect with others.
Because Parkwood is a large church, it is through our Sunday School that true ministry, support, and spiritual growth take place. Sunday School is a vital link between the church body and each individual member.
We believe that Sunday School
is the lifeblood of our church.
Knowing this, here are some answers
to common questions people have …
• Do I have to be in a certain age group to participate in Sunday School?
No. We have Sunday School classes available for every age group from the nursery to Senior Adults. So no matter what your age, there is a class for you in mind.
• Do I have to join this church or know about the Bible to visit a class?
No. Our classes are open to anyone who wishes to attend.
• Will I be asked to do anything such as pray or answer questions that I may not know?
